Am I responsible for underground utilities?

United Fence Company will call 1-800-DIG. Spray paint will be used on your property to locate any underground utilities.

What about other buried lines?

The customer is responsible for locating items such as electric pool lines or drains, underground sprinklers, invisible fences, electric lighting, etc.

Is your company licensed and insured?

We are fully licensed, bonded and insured. Our insurance certificates are on file.

Are estimates free?

For a new fence installation, our estimates are free. If your estimate is for a fence repair not covered by insurance, that estimate would also be free. We have a small charge for an insurance appraisal if your fence is damaged by a car, windstorm or some other act of nature which would be covered by insurance. If you have the repair completed by us or purchase the materials to fix the fence yourself, we credit that insurance appraisal fee to your account.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

We require a 50% deposit to put your job on the schedule.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Personal checks, Money orders and cash.

When is the balance of payment due?

The balance is due upon completion of the installation.

Is there financing available?
